Sending Secure Documents to the Registrar

Q: How do I send documents to the Office of the Registrar using Virtru? [show]

A: The Office of the Registrar can accept documents securely with Virtru, a safe and secure data encryption service supported by UCSC.

Refer to the Quick Start for Virtu Email guide for instructions on how to add Virtru. Do not send personally identifiable information (PII), such as social security number, date of birth, driver’s licence, medical information, etc., by email unless Virtru has been enabled.
